Roland Böhm
The Rock in the Storm
Roland moved to Sorbas with his family in 2018 and took over the finca. Since then, he has
been creating a little paradise here with passion, perseverance and exceptional
craftsmanship. He is a trained car mechanic, technician, all-rounder and problem solver.
Roland can handle water systems, electrical work, carpentry, welding – and everything else
you need on a finca in the middle of nature. If something needs to be repaired, built or
organized, Roland is the one who gets it done.
Our entire fleet – from cars to tractor to lorry – is in his hands. And if friends or guests run
into technical problems, Roland usually finds a solution.
As a born Bavarian, he lives his roots with pride – dialect included.
Together with Melli, he cares for the animals, drives removals and transport services
between Germany and Spain with his white-and-blue lorry, and carries out the Immo-Check
Andalusia service alongside her.
A man as strong as a bear – reliable, grounded, steady.

Plant Whisperer & Master of Order and Cleanliness
Moni is a trained housekeeper and ensures that everything on the finca is clean, well-maintained and lovingly prepared.
When Moni cleans, it is perfection: not a single speck of dust, not a hair, not a wrinkle. Bed linen and towels are arranged so precisely it looks as if a ruler has been used. Our guests enter a house that feels like a holiday brochure – harmonious and inviting down to the last
detail.
Moni cooks, bakes, washes, sews and makes sure nothing is ever missing.Her heart beats for everything that grows and blooms: she tends the gardens, plants and harvests vegetables and fruit, prunes plants, waters daily and refills the water barrels – creating our green oasis in the heart of Andalusia.
With the same dedication she cares for her chickens – fresh organic eggs are simply part of life here.
Moni is tireless, persistent and incredibly resilient. One sometimes wonders if her day has more hours than ours. Always by her side: Rexi, her little dog.

Heart, Organisation Animal Sense
Melli is the organisational all-round talent of the finca.
As a trained European secretary, she speaks German, English, Spanish and French. Administration, communication and planning are her world – and you can feel that from the moment you arrive. From bookings, emails, website and scheduling to coordinating all
processes on the finca – Melli keeps everything running smoothly.
Alongside her administrative work, her heart beats for beauty: she is a qualified beautician and runs her own cosmetic studio on the finca, where she spoils guests and creates moments of relaxation and care.
And then there is her greatest passion: the animals.
Melli has been a self-employed riding instructor for over 20 years and has trained and accompanied countless riders and horses. She cares for horses, ponies, dogs, guinea pigs, cats – and for every child and adult who smiles while sitting on a pony or horse. Animals are her element. Her heart. Her life force.
And she never shies away from work.
She steps in wherever necessary – whether with a laptop or a sledgehammer. Nothing is beneath her.
When she is not working with animals or organising the finca, you will find her in the kitchen or garden: cooking, baking, harvesting and preserving fruit, making ointments, creams and soaps from olive oil and aloe vera, packing and shipping "Taste of Andalusia" products, and much more.
Everything Melli does, she does with passion. With heart. With love. With 200 percent dedication.
