The Kitchen
Spacious, modern, bright and fully equipped – here nothing is missing.
Crockery, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, as well as small essentials like oil, salt, sugar and more are available for your arrival.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with ceramic hob and an oven (both new June 2025) – perfect for cooking together.
Bedroom1
Bright, welcoming and decorated with loving details. A floor-to-ceiling window overlooks the outdoor area and fills the room with daylight.
The double bed (200 × 200 cm) invites you to relax, complemented by bedside tables and atmospheric lamps. A large double-door wardrobe provides plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe.
Bedroom 2
Equipped with a new PVC window (2025) including fly screen and roller shutter. A double bed (160 × 200 cm), a large double-door wardrobe and charming decorative details create comfort and a cosy atmosphere – ideal for relaxing and unwinding.
Living Room & Dining Area
A bright, modern living and dining space with large windows and an open connection to the kitchen.
Up to five people can sit comfortably at the dining table. The cosy living area includes a sofa bed for two additional guests, a flatscreen TV with European channels, DVD player, films and board games for relaxed evenings.
A beautiful Swedish stove provides warmth during the cooler months (firewood not included).
The new air-conditioning system (2025) keeps the house pleasantly cool in summer. Soft blankets, cushions and decorative details make this room a place to relax and feel good.
Bathroom
Modern, bright and fully equipped with shower, toilet, washbasin and a new bathtub (2024) – ideal for a relaxing soak during the colder season.
A hairdryer, magnifying mirror, scale, shower gel, shampoo and towels are provided.
Outdoor Area & Rooftop Terrace
The spacious outdoor area covers approx. 1,500 m², surrounded by olive trees and offering a wonderful view of the Löwenberg and the Andalusian semi-desert – pure peace and nature.
A covered seating area is currently being planned and is expected to be added from 2026 – creating more shade and comfort.
Sun loungers, cushions and an umbrella are available. There is plenty of parking space; visiting motorhomes can be parked upon request and for a small fee. The rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy panoramic views and soak up the Andalusian sun – whether for morning coffee, afternoon reading or an evening sundowner.
Heating & Cooling
The house has a new air-conditioning system (June 2025) that cools and heats. Additionally, fans, a fan heater and a Swedish stove ensure pleasant temperatures all year
round.
Internet
Fast and reliable high-speed internet via Starlink – ideal for home office, video calls, streaming and more. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and on the terrace (included in the price).
